Diesel generator set maintenance time

Diesel generator sets are mostly used as a backup power supply. In order to ensure the best operating state in an emergency, the user must perform regular maintenance on the generator set. The specific maintenance time nodes and precautions are as follows:

When carrying out maintenance, pay attention to the relative position and sequence of the detachable parts (mark if necessary), the structural characteristics of the non-detachable parts, and master the force of reassembly (with a torque wrench).
The maintenance cycle of the air filter is once every 50 hours of operation.
The maintenance cycle of the battery is once every 50 hours of operation.
The maintenance cycle of the belt is once every 100 hours of operation.
The maintenance cycle of the radiator is once every 200 hours of operation.
The maintenance cycle of the lubricating oil system is once every 200 hours of operation.
The maintenance period of diesel filter should be carried out every 200 hours of operation. Remove the diesel filter, put on a new filter, top up with new clean diesel, and put it back on.
The maintenance cycle of the charging generator and starting motor is once every 600 hours of operation.
The maintenance cycle of the generator control panel is once every six months. Use compressed air to remove the dust inside, and tighten each terminal. For rusted or overheated terminals, treat and tighten.
