1.Introduction to vibrating plate compactor

Vibrating plate compactor are mainly used to compact materials with low adhesion and friction between particles, such as river sand, gravel and asphalt. The main working parameters of the vibrating plate compactor are: the bottom surface area of the working plate, the weight of the whole machine, the striking force, the number of vibrations, the amount of oil used, the pressure and so on. Under normal circumstances, the floor area of the plate of the same specification is almost the same, so the performance of the vibrating plate compactor is mainly affected by the quality of the whole machine, the impact force, and the number of vibrations. The impact force is mainly used to maintain the forced vibration of the compacted material; and the number of vibrations affects the efficiency and degree of compaction, that is, under the same impact force, the greater the number of vibrations, the higher the compaction efficiency and compactness.
