How a Concrete Cutter is Constructed

At present, the concrete cutter on the market is mixed, and some are far from being able to adapt and meet the needs of users.

The concrete cutter is composed of six parts: frame, turning table, cross-cutting mechanism, horizontal cutting car, hydraulic system and electric control system.

Concrete cutter is composed of left and right longitudinal beams, beams, columns, racks, pointed rails, etc. The main function is to make the horizontal cutting car move horizontally on the track and the cross-cutting mechanism to perform vertical lifting movement on its track.

Concrete cutter is composed of cross-cutting frame, transmission and spanning device, guide wheel, swing device, cutting wire and so on. The transmission and spanning device drives the cross-cutting frame to cut the blank vertically, and the cutting wire swings in both directions at the same time.

Concrete cutter is composed of frame, scraper device, trimming device, transmission device, hanging column, sheave group, flat theory group, etc. Two sets of sheave wheels and two sets of flat wheels are installed on both sides of the horizontal cutting car. The horizontal cutting car is driven by the transmission device to walk back and forth on the tip rail and the flat rail to realize horizontal cutting and “bread head” cutting.

It is composed of a turning frame, a cart, a trolley, a turning main oil cylinder and a traveling oil cylinder. and six-sided cut, flip back to the starting position after finishing the cut.

Concrete cutter is composed of oil station, motor, oil pump, various valves, pipe joints, etc. The main function is to make the turning table turn 90° smoothly and accurately, and the cart and the trolley move to the corresponding position synchronously.
