- The cooling liquid must use water-soluble emulsified cooling liquid, oil-based cooling liquid is strictly prohibited, and it is not allowed to use ordinary lubricating oil instead.
- It is strictly forbidden to roll threads when there is no coolant.
- The end of the steel bar to be processed should be flat and must be cut with a toothless saw. And within the length of 500mm at the end, it should be round and straight, no bending is allowed, and it is not allowed to directly process the end of the gas cutting or cutting machine.
Small automatic pipe threading machine
- During the initial cutting, the feed should be uniform, and do not advance sharply to prevent the blade from cracking.
- The slideway and slider should be cleaned and oiled regularly.
- The iron filings should be cleaned up in time.
- The cooling liquid tank should be cleaned half a month.
- The reducer should be refueled regularly to maintain the specified oil level.
- The rolling machine should be maintained regularly.
- The machine casing must be grounded reliably before use.
