How to avoid rebar stuck in rebar straightening machine
If it refers to the situation that the straightened steel bar is continuously cut, there are generally two situations:
One is to cut continuously. Like this phenomenon, there is generally a problem with the oil circuit. For example, if the oil leakage causes insufficient oil, add appropriate hydraulic oil; if the new rebar straightening machine cuts continuously, adjust the cut-off time on the computer board for a while, and then adjust the cut-off time on the computer board. It is possible to increase the oil pressure appropriately.
Two is that sometimes it can be cut off, and sometimes it can be cut continuously. This kind of problem is generally not enough oil, just add hydraulic oil!
You can check it out by following the steps below.
- Check whether the oil pipeline is assembled correctly, and assemble it according to the instructions;
- Check whether the lower cutter is too small or oversized. Generally speaking, the clearance of the lower cutter should be kept at about 0.2 mm;
- Check whether the electromagnetic reversing valve is not reversed, and check the circuit connection and electrical conditions. If the electromagnetic reversing valve is faulty, it should be replaced.
- Check the high pressure for cutting off. If there is an abnormality in the cutting high pressure, adjust the pressure according to the instruction manual;
- Check whether the gap between the upper and lower knives is too large. If any difference is found, it should be adjusted to about 0.2 mm;
- Check whether the delay disconnection time and the relay time have short adjustment. If any difference is found, it should be set to 0.2~0.4 seconds;
- Check whether the strength of the steel bar to be cut is too high. The user can use the previously cut steel bar to cut it again on the rebar straightening machine, so as to distinguish the strength of the steel bar to be cut is greater than 750N.
