Its power is driven by a cutting motor to rotate the main shaft through a V-belt drive. The punch reciprocates up and down under the action of the eccentric mechanism. When working, when the metal wire in the straight wire groove reaches a fixed length, the metal wire quickly pushes the straight wire groove forward under the action of the friction force of the pressing wheel group, and the boss at the back of the punch press block on the top of the cutter head Move to the working stroke of the punch, at this time, the punch press block impacts the cutter head, thereby cutting the metal wire to a fixed length.
