In the automatic mode, when the cummins diesel generator set receives the start signal, the cummins diesel generator with the highest priority (can be set) starts automatically, and the internal program of the controller of the cummins diesel generator set judges the load and compares it with the set value, if it is greater than the rated power of a single unit When it is 75% (adjustable), the sub-priority controller gets the start signal, starts the unit, synchronizes the parallel operation, and shares the load equally. When the load increases, the unit is added as above. When the load is reduced to less than 75% (adjustable) of the rated power of a single unit, the sub-priority controller will send a de-loading signal inside, and the unit will cool down and run according to the set time delay, and the opening will stop after the delay.

When the loaded genset fails and stops, other sub-priority gensets run automatically and carry the load.

Cummins diesel generators are fully opened and started in parallel:

In the automatic mode, when the on-load signal is valid, all modules will send out the power-on signal, the first unit that reaches the on-load condition will be closed first, and when the other units reach the on-load condition, they will be synchronized one by one. Then the controller module detects the load, and when the load is less than the internally set minimum percentage of shutdown, the unit with lower priority enters the delayed cooling, and shuts down after opening the gate to dissipate heat. When the load increases again and exceeds the set percentage, all the remaining units that are not turned on will start up and enter the above detection and shutdown process. When the loaded gensets alarm and shut down, the remaining gensets that are not turned on will automatically start up, and enter the above-mentioned detection and shutdown process.

The operation mode of the cummins diesel generator parallel-balanced unit:

In the self-mode, when the cummins diesel generator set receives the start signal, the cummins diesel generator with the least running time among all the cummins diesel generator sets will start automatically first. When the running time of the unit running with load is greater than the balanced running time set by the other units, a signal is sent to let the other units start up, and after synchronizing and paralleling, they will automatically open and unload to stop. All cummins diesel generator sets are automatically turned on and off according to the set balanced operation schedule.
