What kind of road can the vibratory truss screed be used on?
When it is suitable for concrete cement road construction, the traditional concrete pavement needs to be paved manually, vibrated with a vibrator (gasoline vibrator), and then smoothed by a vibrating ruler (hand scraper is used in some areas). This multi-step road construction method is being simplified, using vibrating beams to move the simple paved concrete forward by hand through the rails, and simultaneously realize the paving, grouting and leveling of the concrete pavement. With the help of machines to build the road, the cost of labor can be reduced (the 12-person engineering team can be reduced to 8), and the time cost (the vibratory truss screed can travel 3~4 meters per minute)
Can the vibratory truss screed be used for a few meters of road surface?
If the span of the pavement is too large, it will affect the use effect. Usually, the vibrating beam is suitable for the pavement of 4-16 meters. If the pavement is less than 4 meters, the cost cannot be met, and the effect of the pavement that is too wide is not good.
Iron vibratory truss screed, aluminum alloy vibratory truss screed, which one is better?
The most common is the iron vibratory truss screed (or steel vibrating beam), and the effect is also good. The vibrating beam made of new material (magnesium-aluminum alloy) is half lighter than the iron vibrating beam. In the case of the same shock force, the efficiency of the magnesium-aluminum alloy vibratory truss screed is better, and the loss of the gasoline engine is also greatly reduced. In addition, due to its light weight, it is easy to transport and store. If a single section (divided into 1 m and 2 m, the vibratory truss screed is composed of sections) is damaged, the purchase cost is also greatly reduced. (Aluminum advantages: light; magnesium advantages: high strength, wear resistance).
