The maintenancewire straightening and cutting machine is divided into three categories: routine maintenance, regular maintenance and special maintenance.

(1) Routine maintenance is a daily operation, which is carried out by the operator. The main content of the operation is to clean, lubricate, tighten, adjust, anti-corrosion, supply and Security inspection work. The focus is on the lubrication system, cooling system and operation, steering, walking and other parts of the wire straightening and cutting machine.

(2) Regular maintenance is divided into three categories: first-level maintenance, second-level maintenance, and second-level maintenance plus item repair.

1 level maintenance. The operator is responsible for the execution. In addition to the routine maintenance items, the operation center mainly focuses on cleaning, lubricating and tightening, and inspects the relevant components such as brake operation safety;

2 secondary maintenance. Mainly maintenance personnel, operators participate in jointly responsible for the implementation. In addition to the first-level maintenance content, the content of the operation center is mainly based on inspection and adjustment;

3 two warranty plus repair. It refers to the maintenance work above the second level, which is completed by the maintenance personnel. If the operator arranges other work without the approval of the leader, he must participate in the maintenance of the machine. Inspection, adjustment, and project maintenance are the center.

Steel bar straightener maintenance plan and implementation

(1) The maintenance plan is calculated by the equipment user and the wire straightening and cutting machine management personnel of the project department before the month according to the situation of the wire straightening and cutting machine that needs to be used in the next month, the operating time (or kilometers), and the maintenance interval regulations. The maintenance level and frequency that each wire straightening and cutting machine should be carried out, and the monthly wire straightening and cutting machine maintenance schedule (completion) schedule is prepared on a monthly basis, and it is implemented and reported to the competent department of the company.

(2) The maintenance of the wire straightening and cutting machine implements the team (project) responsibility system.

Routine maintenance is done by the operator, and the team leader is responsible for spot checking the maintenance quality;

For the first-level maintenance, the equipment user or the machine manager of the project department will issue a maintenance plan notice according to the team (project) every month. The quality of maintenance and the implementation of the plan will be reported to the management personnel of the wire straightening and cutting machine of the unit by the team leaders at the end of the month;

3 The maintenance and repair work of the second-level maintenance and the second-level additional repair shall be issued by the equipment user unit or the wire straightening and cutting machine administrator of the project department to issue the wire straightening and cutting machine maintenance and repair task list to the team leader on time, which shall be organized by the team leader. Implementation and acceptance, fill in the maintenance of the wire straightening and cutting machine after the completion, and submit the repair task list to the competent department of the unit or the administrator of the steel bar straightening and cutting machine for sorting and filing.
